The RIEDL Phasys bidirectional gripper operates at 5 meters per second, dispensing over 1,000 packages per hour, significantly reducing processing times. Its precise handling prevents medication from falling, even without gripper rotation. The LTL system allows semi-automatic loading of up to 900 packs per hour on a single belt. Additionally, the RIEDL OCR system automatically reads expiry dates during loading, making drug management faster and easier.

The precision in package handling, ensured by the system’s automatic and real-time correction of the gripper’s position, ensures high service continuity, eliminating inefficiencies and machine downtime.

All accesses inside the machine are protected by certified safety systems that,
in case of opening, instantly block the movements of the gripper.
